Chimichurri is commonly made with olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, chilli flakes, a selection of chopped green herbs, it’s served as a marinade or dipping sauce for grilled meats like chicken, steak, or lamb and fish

  • Just add 1 part chimichurri mix to 1 part red wine vinegar and allow to hydrate for 5 minutes, then add 1 part olive oil and for added freshness 1 part freshly chopped parsley
